When will I get my order?

Currently, orders ship in 1-5 days depending on the shipping option you choose at checkout.

Do you have resellers or distributors?

HeadsUp desks are currently sold exclusively through our website, though we'll soon start selling through Amazon and retail partners.

How much weight can the Desktop Dual support?

The Desktop Dual is made of 1/2" Baltic birch. Much like a skateboard deck, it is incredibly strong. We recommend placing no more than 75 pounds of equipment on your Dual, which is five times its own weight!

What size monitors fit on the Desktop Dual?

Some people have 27" iMacs, some use two 24" monitors, and some just have a laptop. Chances are, your setup will fit on the Desktop Dual. Monitors come in all shapes and sizes, though, and we can't guarantee what will fit. We offer 90-day free returns if your setup doesn't work out.

What's your return policy?

We offer 90-day free return shipping for orders within the USA. International orders pay only for return shipping, and clearance items are non-returnable.
